Our signature style takes advantage of local fresh, seasonal ingredients simply and elegantly prepared. The Bistro Chef and his staff are here to provide you with a dynamic dining experience or a simple bite to eat. The menus change seasonally, and include daily 3 course menus; a Bistro Prix Fixe at dinner, and a Menu Rapide at lunchtime.

The Bistro has been recognized with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence "for having one of the most outstanding restaurant Wine Lists in the world." The list features a combination of hard to find, highly allocated boutique wines as well as terrific old world and new world values.
